About the Position
WBD Directors provide leadership support across multiple projects. You will lead complex, multi-year programs with a focus on developing long-lasting client relationships, building client trust, and delivering superior performance.
Responsibilities:
- Forge high-level client relationships to better understand their strategic needs, goals, and objectives
- Set the firm’s strategic direction, drive new business opportunities, and implement best business practices
- Research and develop unique client solutions
- Allocate project responsibilities based on team strengths
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in a similar leadership role
- Prior experience leading interrelated projects
- Industry expertise in one or more service areas
- Proactive insight on projected issues and challenges beyond immediate projects
