Inc. also unveiled WBD as the third fastest-growing firm in Washington, D.C. and sixth fastest-growing among national government service companies. Inc. 5000 examines an important segment in the American economy: independent entrepreneurs. Rankings are determined based on revenue growth over a three-year period.
